Sara Grossman, LMFT (she/her)
Hi there. Honored you’ve found yourself pausing here. Pausing can sometimes be the hardest part.
If you’ve noticed patterns of behavior, feeling, or thinking that seem automatic, or if this pattern seems to be on replay within a relationship, together we can freeze the frame, rewind and zoom in. Through our exploration, we can build a deeper understanding – the foundation for creating change.

Appointments
I see clients in-person in the Ravenswood neighborhood and virtually via telehealth. At this time I can only take on clients who are committed to meeting weekly.
Insurance & Fees
I am not paneled with insurance, though I can provide a super bill for out-of-network reimbursement. For self-pay and/or uninsured clients, a Good Faith Estimate, as required by the No Surprises Act, will be provided to you. Please contact me for my hourly rate.
I’m Sara Grossman, LMFT. With a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from The Family Institute at Northwestern University, I see each client as a product of the system they came from. Whether engaged in individual, couple, or family therapy, I hold the intricacies of the web inside and outside our therapy room with care.
I am a collaborative person by nature and an integrative therapist by training, which means our therapy will be custom-tailored to you as I work from a variety of evidence-based models.
I lead with curiosity, warmth, and occasional humor. Above all, I have a deep interest in understanding you and your inner and outer worlds. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you work towards your own life of fulfillment, authenticity, and meaning.
